Five-Time All-American Team NCAA Champion Shooter, Ben Estes, Joins Creedmoor Sports

Anniston, Ala. (June 2018) - Creedmoor® Sports, the leader in precision rifle equipment and gear, continues its tradition of bringing sport shooters into their business model with the hiring of NCAA award winning small-bore shooter, Ben Estes. Estes will assist Brent Books, also an award winning competitive shooter and Creedmoor's sales and marketing manager, in day to day affairs.

Infante S6 Estes' love of the shooting sports runs deep. Having been actively involved for over eight years, he has spent the last four years as a starting collegiate shooter on the Murray State Rifle team out of Kentucky. Estes has participated in four NCAA championships and was awarded the All-American Team five times. He has also shot for Team USA in an international competition in Germany. Over his summers, Estes has gained experience as a professional gunsmith concentrating on Olympic style rifles. His gunsmithing experience has also found Estes working on more unusual firearms, such as machine guns, anti-tank rifles, mortars, artillery and an occasional tank. Estes' passion for everything shooting sport related will continue after college as he intends to broaden his competitive resume in USPSA, 3-Gun and the Precision Rifle Series (PRS).

Infante S6"Having employees with a strong background in the shooting sports is truly a plus for Creedmoor's customers," Books said. "Our customers benefit from the combined knowledge pool that our experienced employees have of competitive firearms, reloading and our competitive shooting equipment and gear in the field. Creedmoor welcomes Ben and we look forward to adding his expertise to our collective and helping our customers become more proficient at the sport they love."

As Estes received his Murray State diploma in May, he also received recognition from his school for earning a 4.0 GPA, conference championship ring and an MSU Athletics graduation stole for his achievements with the Murray State Rifle Team.
